1. Eligibility & Account Registration
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Fatherly. The Service is intended for adults, particularly expectant and new fathers.
- You agree to provide accurate information during onboarding and registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
2. Use of the Service
- You may use Fatherly for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
- You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt the Service.
- You are responsible for any content you submit, including chat messages, uploaded files, and profile information.

- All content, features, and functionality of Fatherly are owned by Unbridled, LLC or its licensors.
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without permission.
4. User Content
- By submitting content (e.g., chat messages, files), you grant us a license to use it solely to provide and improve the Service.
- You retain ownership of your content.
5. Account Deletion & Termination
- You may request account deletion by contacting support at david@unbridledgroup.com. We will delete your account and associated data as required by law.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
- Fatherly provides information and advice for general guidance only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or parenting advice.
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unbridled, LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service.

- We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes.
- Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new Terms.

- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.
